Amazing work! Fast and efficient! Things that I would have never looked at bc I'm not familiar with building a home! Completely worth the money spent for Jason to come out and inspect our new build! We received our report within hours not days! We booked online and paid through the link! We will have Jason come back before the close to make sure it's all done! He's charging us a small charge to come back out again which is a bargain! Trust me! You won't regret using Jason!

Very detailed, thorough, and professional. If you want to know the house you’re buying (especially new build) is in a good shape or not, hire this guy. Ours is newly built so we thought we didn’t need an inspector because it’s new, but we were so wrong.

We would like to thank Mr Jason for coming and looking at our home that we are buying he did a great job . After the storm we called him and ask if he could go back and check the roof for us the same day we called he was out there and tx us and told us that is was good . Jason did a extremely thorough inspection and found many issues with a home I was considering purchasing. I was especially impressed with this evaluation of the electrical systems and HVAC systems that revealed safety issues I would have never seen and don't think most inspectors would have found.
He also was very knowledgeable about what building codes require,. And I feel he pointed out every issue that was important.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the home inspection. From the time I made the appointment I knew I had chosen the right guy for the job. His inspection was through and the report was complete and easy to read. The photos were great and it really helped me explain my position to the seller. Atlas did predry wall inspection and final home inspection for a new build. He did great at finding some issues with the roof/leaky sinks/ungrounded outlet. Jason was great at communicating over emails. The report includes lots of pictures and how to maintain the home. I would use Atlas Home inspection again but hopefully we won't be moving soon. Thank you Jason!

10/10 would recommend Jason to anyone. As a first time home buyer, he took the time to educate me on all of his findings for the inspection he did for my home. I was looking at some new construction. There were many problems that were discovered—especially with the electrical and HVAC system. Jason even offered to come back after and reinspect my… home after changes were made to ensure they were done appropriately. However, it was because of how thorough his inspection was that I ended up not buying the house. Thanks again for everything Jason! Again, would 10/10 recommend him to anyone

Our inspector Jason got there early to inspect the outside and did a quick but thorough inspection of the inside. Jason was VERY thorough with the whole house. At the end, his overview of the report was really informative as he gave me his own suggestions as if it was his own house he had just inspected.
