Custom castings are offered and repairs are performed using state-of-the-art laser welding equipment. We pay the highest price for gold and silver in the Middle Tennessee area.

I have been bummed because I lost my wedding rings awhile back. I didn't think I would see them again but my husband surprised me with them.
I needed my rings cleaned and resized and I was thrilled to find a local jeweler in Donelson.
I was surprised how quickly they called to say my rings were ready even in the midst of a busy holiday season.
My rings have their sparkle back!
There has been some consideration of "upgrading" to a new wedding set OR creating a new set using my rings and my moms wedding set.

I had read very positive reviews about Donelson Jewelry , so I waited until my schedule permitted for me to take my engagement ring here to be resized due to their limited hours 9-5 weekday hours.
When I was sized, the woman with glasses who helped me was very insistent on the size she thought I was, she had me try two sizes, and I told her the one she said that fit was uncomfortable. She told me that was how it was suppose to be, and didn’t seem to care about my consideration. I should have left with my ring.
I let them resize the ring, and when I went back to get it, it fit painfully small

I was so happy to find a jewelry store that could actually replace my watch battery, while I waited, not sending it out. Very pleased with the jeweler. However the lack of good customer service by the lady that waited on me was very cold, and abrupt. She acted like she couldn't wait for me to leave, which I did, thankful to the jeweler, but I won't be back.....

I was excited to stop in this little jewelry store after reading the reviews online. Quickly I was underwhelmed by the appearance of the shop upon walking in, that's okay! I figured they saved money on aesthetics by simply providing the best prices around.
I brought in a 3.4 carat marquise in which I had paperwork of appraisal for the real diamond my mother had given very specific instructions to just get a vibe of the honesty s d be very careful with it. .
The most hilarious part of this is the women who was working the front counter said " I can tell it's not real" while I was trying to say

My mom got a nice watch for her retirement and it needed a battery change. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes and charged $10 for the service. I can't vouch for any of their other products/services, but they are a quick and convenient place to get watch batteries changed if you live in the Donelson/Hermitage area.

I have never had a piece of jewelry fixed and received it back in worse condition. I had a ring that was bent. As soon as I walked in the store the man and woman were arguing. I should've got the que to leave then. He manually tried to straighten my ring but the setting was bent also. I paid $10, and I said I wasn't happy and wanted it straighter. He said oh well you'll have the leave it here and I'll have the take the rock out of the setting. Kind of charged me about it with his tone. I agreed. Well I just picked my ring up, the rock is completely sitting crooked in the setting

I had bought a sterling silver ring that I wanted sized down but I wasn't exactly sure of what size. Leah was very helpful on finding the right size. Bill did an excellent job resizing and it was ready in less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly and the sizing charge was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

First thing is I bought two cheap watches there. One Watch was fine the other I wanted to return because when I took it back to them and told them that it didn't keep time and had to be constantly reset, they told me that it is a self winding watch and that I would have to wear it constantly to keep it moving so it would be in constant Motion or I would have to buy some device to keep it constantly moving, something they called a shaker. I told them that I didn't want a watch like that and they said they did not do returns although I don't recall ever seeing a sign saying no returns
