After suffering from the worst abscess for 2 days& 2 Urgent Care visits. I found this office!! They are so caring, patient and reassuring with my anxiety&fear. Dr. Harris is a great doctor! One word…OUTSTANDING! This was my first visit. I literally felt like I was entering an all inclusive resort but for dental care. Once I arrived I was quickly greeted by the front office staff, checked in and on my way to my appointment.

This place is always awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to my hygienist, Ande who made sure I was properly numbed but not overly numbed so I could still enjoy Christmas Eve dinner AND didn't want me to get over charged. They were excellent. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately they do not take my insurance but they were professional, helpful and very detail oriented. It started with the intake forms which included questions that were very relevant that I have never seen before. Next, when they called me back they gave me a tour of the office to help me get oriented and feel comfortable. Finally when we sat down they asked a few questions about my preferences for the visit like: do you prefer detailed information or bottom line?, do you get anxious and how do you like to be talked to when they are doing

This place is amazing! Everyone on the staff I have met are very nice and helpful. They all take the time to explain everything on your treatment plan, costs, and answer any questions you have. Dr. Tay is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is very thorough and truly cares for her patients. I highly recommend this office and my dentist to everyone!

I have been to a couple of dental offices and none can compare to the excellent service and expertise found at Natomas Crossing. Everyone is so incredibly kind and accommodating to your schedule and needs. The staff is professional and open to answering all questions which is a huge plus for me having been in other offices where the dentist is trying to rush you out and the assistants are rude or seem to clearly hate their job. I am so happy to be a client here and recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist or wanting to switch. My smile has never looked better, thank you Natomas Crossing!

From the moment I walked in the office I was so happy I was there! This is saying a lot for someone with "dentist fear". Jaime, the hygienist was wonderful, informative, and personable. Dr. Harris was also super informative and helpful. When my appointment was finished I received a comprehensive break down of the costs and procedures planned for future visits. This was my first visit and I am impressed! The doctor took the time to allow me oh, yes allow me... To ask all the questions that I was concerned about he helped me understand my issues and what I could do about. The staff was wonderful it was a very comfortable atmosphere and personable. First off, I was surprised how nice the waiting room was when I walked in. Nicest looking dentist office I've ever been in, spacious and chic. All staff were very friendly and professional. Especially Rachelle, she was awesome. :) I got a tour of the whole office which was cool, and they even gave me a gift for being a new patient! So sweet. I plan to get a tooth extracted here and feel confident this is the best place to have it done.

After my not so pleasant visit last time.. Dr Harris reached out to me, she is so genuine and I felt like she truly cares for her patients. She got my crown delivered fast and I was able to go in just 4 days later after my temporary crown and get my permanent crown put in. Although my visit today wasn't pain-free and I don't think I'll ever truly look forward to go to the dentist they made me feel like a valued patient.. Dr Rachel was very good at getting the fitment perfect and Dr Chilten came in to finish sealing my crown and took extra care to numb my extremely sensitive gums

First visit!!! I am so in love with the staff at this office! Larry is amazing and gave me a great tour and an fantastic cleaning! Larry was not only one of the best dental hygienist I have ever had but was also the friendliest! Zack and Jocelyn assisted him today and did a phenomenal job. Jocelyn had great listening skills and made me feel even more comfortable. Then Dr. Chilton came in for the win! She was thorough and went over old dental work that was done incorrectly and will be correcting it as well as taking care of me in the future and jumped on mapping out a plan for me!! Thank you

I'm AMAZED on their customer service. Never have I been to a dentist office that treated you like your VIP! Being this is my first time, I got a goodie bag with a couple of items and a personalized card. They offer you water and if you want to listen to music(which they give you headphones) or movies.
My dental assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. My dentist was kind and informative about all my needs. I'll definitely be back for future appointments with my family as well
