Not the greatest landlords in general. They don't really care if you've been a good renter or not and maintenance is awful. Have had some issues last as much as a year or more before they took care of them. We had a wall falling apart in our bedroom and told them about it. It took a while to have it looked at and then when they did they said they'd fix it. Took them 11 months with me bugging them to get it fixed only to find there was mold in the wall of the room we've been sleeping in.

This group bought the building I live in. Immediately evicted all the tenants. They don't answer our phone calls. No instructions on where to pay rent. Just a 60 day notice stuck on my door.

We used Robert Ritschel to act as our Real Estate Broker in assisting us in relocating our corporate offices in San Diego, CA. He was able to find us a new location that no one else was ever able to locate. We had been looking for more than 6 months with no luck. I am a tenant at one of the Saywitz properties in Newport Beach. I had signed a one-year lease and was now stuck in the middle of a lease but needed to relocate on quick notice. The Saywitz group was able to work with me not only to help find someone to take over my lease, but then terminate my existing lease and do a new lease with a replacement tenant. They were able to react quickly and fortunately for everyone with little downtime or exposure for me. The maintenance guys were great in touching up the paint and getting the carpets cleaned before the new tenant moved in so that we could coordinate

Do not. I repeat DO NOT sign a rent/lease agreement with these crooks. I was pressured into an agreement by signing a deposit agreement and would not be shown the rental agreement nor given an exact monthly amount ahead of time - I foolishly put my trust on a lying person and pressured to agree to terms that were completely different from verbal agreement and or forfeit my deposit. Again, these people are crooks.

This management company is inadequate at best. The properties they manage are borderline slum holes in which they have pest issues, which include cockroaches AND mice which could have been easily avoided had they taken the time and expense to contract pest control. I personally had a mold issue that was simply PAINTED OVER. They think because they slap new paint/ carpet on a place, that It is habitable. Although the maintenance is fast to respond, their expertise is about as good as those guys who stand in front of Home Depot and they are constantly told to cut costs. Expect overcharging at move
