I was seen right on time, everyone was nice and friendly. They explained everything to me before beginning my treatment and the Doctor was not pushy about the treatment he recommended for me. He said for me to think about it and let them know if and when I would like to start whatever treatment I would decide on.

It's not that the service was bad. No not at all. It was the fact that the bill from my auto accident wasn't taken care of by the lawyers. An L. O. P. was reviewed by Plum Creek Dental which was accepted. I had not been in since. I have an abscess that needed attention. I knew the dentist office. But got hit in the face with the bill of $2900 from 18 years ago. It upset and embarrassed me so badly I left crying and confused.

Everything was fantastic during my dental visit today. (The staff was professional at all times, their work was excellent and my bill was over 100.00 dollars less then they originally quoted me!)
I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone. They are honest and hard working!

Dr. Matthew is the BEST! She is friendly and kind to everyone. She dealt with my terrified 12 years old daughter in the sweetest, most patient manner. I highly recommend her. Marinna and Gretchen were awesome too. What a team! I couldn’t be more happy with our dental visits. This is our new dental home!

We just cancelled an upcoming appt. with Plum Creek after rescheduling it from one at which we sat for well over an hour waiting to see a dentist or hygenist. We were informed that the $100 we paid that day will not be returned because we left (after rescheduling). We had shown up at least 15 mins. early, and waited 1 hr. 10 mins., so we were… there closer to 1-1/2 hrs. They attempted to get us to stay saying that it would only be 3 mins. longer. We'd had it. An appt. is an appt., not a 'we'll see you when we see you whenever we want to, but you need to have an appt.' I am extremely disappointed

My overall experience with Plum Creek Dental has been very positive. The staff is always very nice and courteous and very helpful in giving insight into any and all questions I have had in the time I've been a patient there. Because of their treatment and feedback, I now take my oral hygiene regimen very seriously. First, let me start off by saying that I never liked going to the dentist and it was clear I was way overdue for a visit. It turned out that I had to have a tooth pulled and I was obviously terrified but Dr. Westover did an AMAZING job making sure that I stayed calm through the whole procedure and had a very steady hand and made the process so much… easier for me. I was also comforted by one of the dental assistants, Julia. She walked me through the whole procedure before we started and gave me all the care instructions for going home and even called the next day to ask how I was feeling

CLEAN OFFICE! They literally will see all patients: all ages, perform all types of treatment and extremely skilled for those with special needs. I really like how they are open every week day and available all other hours for emergency calls. There is a relationship created that is not only trustworthy but also fun and kind - it's not going to the dentist but seeing "friends". I am just happy to receive great dental care while visiting!

I have been using Plum Creek Dental for the past 4 years for my Grandson (who lives with me !) He is 10 now and always enjoys getting his checkups ! They explain everything to him prior to starting any procedure which puts him at ease and makes him feel grown up too. We just had a checkup a few weeks ago....and this time, for the 1st time, Nana did NOT have to go into the examining room with him. He told me he was able to handle it himself......and he did ! I am very thankful for Plum Creek Dental Group....they are a huge PLUS for Lockhart.
