We are a professional team dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship of mutual trust through listening to and meeting your needs. We have created a safe environment that exceeds all standards of excellence. Our diagnosis will be based upon a complete exam.
A comprehensive initial exam includes an oral cancer screening, periodontal disease assessment, occlusion analysis, and exploration of your teeth and existing dental work. Digital X-rays and intraoral /extraoral photographs will reveal details and intricacies not visible with a traditional manual oral exam.
Dentistry has evolved since CR Dental Group started serving patients more than 40 years ago, but Dr. Jordana Contrucci Ruiz and Dr. James Reisman have always kept abreast of the latest techniques and state-of-the-art technology. We implement many tools to create a comfortable, efficient, and rewarding experience for our patients.
Everyone is at risk for dental problems. That is why it is so important to go to the dentist regularly to prevent gum disease or tooth decay. Our mission is to stop dental problems before they happen. At CR Dental Group, we are devoted to keeping you as healthy as you can be and preventing the need for future dental work.
Having good oral hygiene is the foundation to having a healthy mouth and body. Every patient is different depending on their specific needs. Most patients are seen every six months; however, some patients are seen every three to four months. Not only will you have your teeth and gums cleaned, we will also check your mouth for damaged or diseased teeth, gum health, and oral cancer.

You won’t find a better dentist or staff anywhere. They are simply the best. In over 30 years, I have never had an experience that was even a little unpleasant. The staff is the best. The culture comes from the top down, so you can have full confidence you are a patient with caring professionals who are unfailingly courteous, respectful, friendly, and fun.

Have been a patient in the practice for many years and have always been treated with the utmost kindness and care. Dr. Reisman includes the patient in treatment decisions and shows an interest in you as a person. His experience and skills are excellent. I’m just getting to know Dr. Contrucci Ruiz and she is a wonderful addition to the team. JoDe has been my hygienist for a long time. She does a great job. Thank you to all at CR Dental Group, from front desk admin through the treatment team.

Dr. Reisman was great for a number of years, but he hasn't kept up with technology and now it's clear why. He's announced he's selling practice. It's been a gradual decline in quality including his loss of longtime dental assistants. His mode is pay up front and they file insurance claim but never follow up so after initial denial by dental insurer the patient ends up paying the whole amount. Staff are always friendly, just not competent.

Update: Crown failed early. Dental crowns should last 10 years at minimum. Six years later, I'm fronting the equivalent cost of a 10-day yoga vacation in Hawaii to have Dr. Reisman's crown work redone. My insurance won't cover it due to the quick failure of the restoration.
The only other crown I have had? 27 years. It's not my chemistry or mastication causing the failure.
To be fair, I didn't call Dr. reisman's office to ask them to have the failed one redone six years later, but I live in another state now.

Absolutely, hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. This office came highly recommended to me by a dental hygienist with over 20+ years experience in the DFW area. Whether you see Dr. Reisman or Dr. Contrucci, rest assured, you and you smile are in good hands. I've had cleanings w/ every hygienist in the office and have always left with beautiful teeth, comfortable gums, new information/ techniques on oral hygiene, and zero complaints. I can't forget Julie and Pam! I'm always greeted w/ a smile, check-in/scheduling is a breeze, and they always make themselves available

Would highly recommend Dr. Reisman and his staff. Everyone is friendly from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists. Super thorough and quick. I love that they have early morning appointments. It's so much more convenient for me to go before work. Also, I never feel rushed through my appointment. If I have a concern, they always take time to address it. Would definitely recommend!

Best dentist and staff in town! When my former dentist, Dr. Darden, retired a few years ago, he referred all his patients to Dr. Reisman and his staff. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and graciousness of everyone in the office. They take marvelous care of you! They take the time to explain everything that needs to be done, and how to maintain all their great work. I moved around quite a bit when I was younger, so I have been to a lot of dentists, some good and some not as good. Every time I have work done by Dr. Reisman, my teeth always look better! I feel like Dr. Reisman

These people are like a mechanic that attempts to take advantage of vulnerable people. And actually, worse than a mechanic, because this office used the fears of a pregnant woman harming her child to try and obtain an additional $300 of unnecessary future treatment (cleanings 4 weeks after my initial cleanings). Stay. Away!
The dental hygienist also gave me a hard time for working through my pregnancy, before giving me different advice than the dentist (dentist said I was in good shape, but the dental hygienist told me I needed to have additional cleanings in 4 weeks for $300 with advanced laser

The service that I receive at Dr. Reisman is the best that I have ever encountered with a dentist.
His office and staff offer a very high quality of service.
I have had Dr. Reisman as my primary dentist for the past 4 years. Everyone at his office always give very good customer service.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality and customer service.
On my last visit I had X-Rays taken $100, yearly dental cleaning (initial periodontal evaluation) $99 and oral evaluation $45. The price for this was a total of $244 before insurance coverage.
