My grandparents were there 4 years ago. Everything I visited they didn't do anything for them just bring a tray. I was there when my grandfather passed. I had to get the nurse and the nurse said no its the way he is breathing so I had to yell to get her attention. She comes to the room and checks. The first thing she said what time did he pass. Really not im sorry I didn't believe u or sorry for your loss.. then a year latter my grandma passed there. Her ring which was a family heirloom went missing. She wanted to be barried with it. I know cuz I got the necklace and ear rings. I was told she gave

This place is terrible, needing to be updated, the food is awful and according to most of the staff they don't have enough qualified people to do their job properly. My mom left this place with an infection in her leg and had to be
re-addmitted to the hospital! And to further make things even worse they lost my mother's clothes in their laundry after we had made it a point that her family would do her laundry not them! I have called this facility daily asking the staff over and over to either find my mother's clothes or reimburse her for what was lost and each time I gett the run around. I think

UPDATE: I'm happy to report that the administrator Jared unexpectedly decided to replace the stolen gas gift card. We are so grateful and appreciative. Thank you for doing the right thing. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars.
Not the Worst nursing home/rehab facility in the area but needs improvement. The staff are basically friendly. The call buttons are not responded to in a timely manner-perhaps they are short staffed. So good luck if you have an emergency. My brother was a patient there after falling whereby he broke his arm at his shoulder rendering him unable to do practically anything on his

Caring PT staff and aides. I had family here for 7 months in 2017 and it was difficult but we were supported and got through it. Driving services are good but not perfect, food was OK- varied and prepared good enough. Medical staff were supportive and worked with us as a family. I am sure you can pay more to have higher end service elsewhere but this worked for us and with our insurance (Kaiser)
