GSM will provide the GSM HD Combo unit with the order from your doctor. These units work by transmitting electrical pulses through electrodes to the pain location.
Our GSM HD Combo Units are delivered directly to the patient. Education is provided by a California Health and Human Services Exemptee Licensed employee of Golden State Medical at no charge to the patient or the insurance company. All insurance verification and authorization is done by Golden State Medical staff so as not to consume valuable Physician or Therapist staff time.

The person who helped me get my tens unit was very pleasant and I would deal with her again, But the mother Company is almost useless.
I have a TENS unit, I receive most of medical pads for my tens unit in the mail. This last Envelope was empty so I notified the company via e-mail and the response letter is someone will get a hold of you within 1 business day.
That 17 days ago, Never heard from anyone.
