Ive known Jason at A Plus for many years and i can't imagine going to another realtor in the Boone/Vilas/Cove Creek/Banner Elk area. Hes got all of the patience that's necessary when trying to find your dream home or when trying to sell your existing one. The other people in his office are equally as great, they just really know their stuff. SO contact these guys if you need anything, can't imagine you'll go wrong!
