Services
People always have to eat and having grown up in the food business, having the desire to only work for myself and make people happy, I opened Rich's Deli in 1978 offering takeout for breakfast and lunch. The secret to 41 years of success is quality, fair pricing and most importantly, friendly service.
Rich's other place is the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or lunch. We use fresh, quality ingredients in everything we serve: From hot, fluffy pancakes and creamy eggs Benedict to hearty sandwiches and crisp and crunchy salads. Our location is conveniently located in Spring House, PA and offers booth, stool and outdoor seating.
Our catering options are perfect for business meetings, weddings, funerals, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties or virtually any get together. We take pride in customizing our culinary delights to satisfying our customers each and every time. Just call Rich or Chris and we will be Happy to help take all the stress off of you!

Called in at 11:30am on Sunday to order a couple breakfast sandwiches. Was told “We’re on to lunch now , done with breakfast”. Really????? I guess you can’t cook a couple eggs at 11:30. I know you have bacon, because if I ordered a BLT you would make it. Your sandwiches are good, but expensive. I went to the Sweetbriar in Ambler, a couple minutes away, ordered my breakfast sandwiches, with no issue, and guess what? They were just as good as Rich’s, if not better!!! They were also less expensive. Sorry Rich, you just lost a long time customer. Maybe you should rethink your breakfast policy

Favorite local deli! Best everything..never disappoints. Tonight had a Chef Salad. Unbelievably fresh and delicious. Their sandwiches, breakfast and lunch, are always perfect. My favorite. BLT with cheese on rye toast. Roast beef on rye with cheese, unreal. Turkey club, fantastic. Cheese steaks are the best out there. I could go on, but will stop now! Worth going to always!

I always order from here with no problem. I work at the hospital down the street which does a lot of business with this place. Today, I order the same thing with one of the same individuals that usually takes my order. The short white guy with glasses told me that’s there’s no side of eggs with which is clearly on the menu for one dollar. I called after paying an extra $7.50 for my order and the guy was nasty and told me not to order it again. I just sent an email to let our company know they should not order from this place again.

Most times this is a good place for lunch or breakfast. Well cooked food, generous portions, some interesting options. However, if you are looking for a relaxing experience don't go at noon on a Friday. Too few servers made for slow service and no "check-back" to find out if everything was o.k. Sandwich was not served as ordered and there was no opportunity to correct it. It was noisy so go with a group. That way you can drowned out the other diners who are "hollering" into their cells.

Incredibly slow service, took more than 15 minutes for our waitress to take our order and more than 30 to receive our eggs. Food was fine, nothing special. No one asked if we wanted refills or jelly or more syrup or anything. Found our waitress to be rude she made several negative comments about the kitchen staff and what we hope was a unsavory joke about them spitting in food as we were ordering and she ranted loudly to other staff about how long bacon was taking. I would not go back to this place.

Rich's is a diner. It closes at 2:00 PM daily. It's not Zahav. So one can properly only rate it in comparison with diners. On the other hand, it is not a part of a vast chain, with regional commissaries and engineered foods. It's just Rich's, and Rich is usually on the job.
I order my own idea of an omelette: onions, ham, sausage, bacon, and provolone, topped with hollandaise sauce. I like the hollandaise not because it is one of the five "mother sauces" in French cuisine, but because it reminds me of eggs Benedict.
A real omelette cooked in Paris is very runny

I got the daily special #1 (eggs, sausage links, hash browns, toast and coffee) for $7. The sausage links were different than typical ones and had a little spice to it that I enjoyed. The potatoes were yummy and the butter on the toast was awesome! So silly to say that but it was good. The coffee had a nice strong flavor even though I had decaf. My husband got a open faced "omelet" frittata. I will definitely return in the future

The food was good which it has always been. I went in with my Mom on a Tuesday around 9:30 AM. It took almost 15 mins before anyone even came to our table. The waitress said the reason it took a while is because they have outside seating. The place was half empty when we walked in. For some reason the waitress have never been pleasant there. If your in the area the food is good just be prepared to wait.

The best eggs in the area. Omelettes and scrambled eggs here are outstanding. You can usually sneak to a spot at the counter when it's busy. The coffee is decent, diner level coffee. They usually come by and refill it every few minutes when the place is busier.
If you're going at prime time on a weekend expect a line out the door, Rich's has the best breakfast in the area and is a local staple.
Lunch is also great. Their matzoh ball soup is one of the best I've ever had. Their hoagies and cheesesteaks are all great as well. Their menu is surprisingly big for essentially

This place is a homely diner that serves breakfast and brunch. They are super friendly and the food is great. It is also priced very well and I will most definitely be back. I got the frittata with mozzeralla cheese and you get to pick any 3 items - this includes ham, bacon, sausage...anything! Great portion size and comes with buttered toast.
They also have interesting menu items like grilled cinnamon buns.
UPDATE : The cinnamon buns stink, I mean total garbage. Also, I felt the cashier was a bit rude last time I went when I asked for change...I could be wrong but asking for change so I can

Came here for breakfast today for the first time in years and it was great. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it's one of the best ones I've had. You feel like you're down the shore here with the decor featuring a lot of Ocean City related items and the constant flow of people.
Giving 4 out of 5 stars because it took a bit longer to get our food and a couple things were forgotten, but overall it was great. I'll definitely be back here for breakfast!

Rich's Other Place has been a go to breakfast spot in Lower Gwynedd for quite a long time. The restaurant occupy's a small building just off Bethlehem Pike. The parking lot is right along the road so as soon as you arrive you can tell if there is going to be a wait.
As you walk in the front door there is a counter to the left and the main dining area to the right. The main dining area is small but they turn it over quickly.
On the weekends you would usually arrive to a line almost out the door. Since the new addition of their outdoor patio that long line has almost disappeared
