Services
Pauline and Thomas Healthcare is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. We provide services to persons with intellectual disabilities in Middle Tennessee as contracted through DIDD and TennCare. We are dedicated to meeting service recipients' needs through person-centered practices combining quality care with efficient and effective strategies.
This Service Includes 24 hour a day/365 days a year total care support for persons with intellectual disability. Supported living encompasses all facets of total care including, financial, health, residential & behavioral support. This service is available to any individual served in the DIDD waiver.
