Current Property Management

My experience with Property Management has been exactly what is to be expected when dealing with ANY business during this pandemic; everyone is doing the best they can, with what they have. I have been dealing directly with Dave for the duration of my year lease & all of my concerns, issues and frustrations have been heard and dealt with in a professional manner.
Literally just renewed my lease for another year and have no doubt Dave will continue to be responsive and accommodating if any assistance is needed.

We did not have a good experience renting from Current Property Management or dealing with Dave Huprich and would advise against it. We have many reasons why but unfortunately are unable to mention them here. Good luck.

This review is based on our initial conversations with Dave at Current Property Management (we have not yet engaged his services). My husband and I purchased a vacation home in Naples that we plan to rent out when we are not there.
We called a few different property management companies. Dave responded quickly and was willing to spend time with us to explain the Naples rental market. We had many questions since we are not familiar with Naples. We appreciated Dave's honesty, professionalism and willingness to answer all of our questions. We were so impressed with him, that plan to work with him

I’ve been renting from this company for 2 years now. The property manager is very professional and acts quick on questions and concerns I may have. By far the best company I’ve EVER leased from. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I am a tenant at one of their properties. When I moved in the house was incredibly "worn" but I was on a time constraint. Since I've moved in I've had continuous maintenance issues that I requested to be fixed through their portal. As you can see by these records, David just cancels them before a tech is even sent out. He's punishing me because my… expectations on what is acceptable and safe are far different than his. Most recently, I changed banks and made the change in time to take care of my April payment, but they tried to get the rent from my old closed account. after leaving 3 voicemails

As a property owner/landlord, Current Property Management has been managing and leasing our home in southwest Florida for almost a year now. We have had a fantastic experience with Josh. He and his team are very responsive, professional and great at what they do. Highly recommended.
