Doug is amazing at his job, very thorough and knowledgeable. He worked as a contractor before so he really knows the ins and outs. He explained everything as he went along and gave his professional opinion on everything we asked. He explained everything as he went along, even multiple times if one of us wasn't there to hear it. He even spent time extensively talking about one of the issues we had BEFORE we even hired him just to give us good advice on how/if to proceed. Also super fast turn around time, we had our report that evening. He was friendly, professional, and we are so HAPPY that he was

Doug and his team are amazing, highly recommend Precision. I needed my inspection done quickly per the terms of the contract and Doug made it work and fit it into his schedule (I actually think he was supposed to be off that day). During the inspection he took his time and was very thorough and answered all of our questions and he’s just overall a great person to work with.

Doug Ramsthaler the owner of Precision lnspections is one of the most professional people I've ever met! Very thorough,... and not in any Rush! Which is a refreshing for the times that we live in! I am a former Builder and Tradesman and can really appreciate somebody who takes the time to walk through and do a thorough survey on something like this! A home is probably one of the most expensive things you will ever buy. Utilizing Precision inspections is money well spent!

Doug is AMAZING!! He's very knowledgeable and a very thorough inspector, he really takes his time and is very passionate about what he does. He's extremely pleasant and easy to talk to and we really love that he immediately made us aware of major concerns down to the minor concerns in a very understanding and detailed manor. He made some recommendations as to what he believes should be addressed right away and what should be done as time goes by. I highly recommend using him!
