John is simply amazing! We were looking for a home inspection done, but needed a quick date. I explained this to John and he made it happen. It was by far the best investment we could have possibly made. He was so thorough! There was a crawl space in which he managed to get in which seemed almost impossible ! He took the time to inspect absolutely everything and explained his findings in detail. His knowledge is extensive. Once he was done he said he would send over the report. John did an excellent job on our home inspection. I was not able to have eyes on the property due to a military PCS and John went above and beyond with pictures and also called to make sure I did not have any questions. Very professional and always answered all calls, texts and emails promptly. Definitely would recommend for any home inspection!

John was really great in educating me on issues that were discovered. He found a lot of concerning issues that I do not know if other inspectors would have found. He explained to the best of his ability what the issues are and gave me a handful of recommendations on how to move forward. Ultimately, I do not think we will be closing on the house due to the issues that he discovered. Best 800 bucks I ever spent! thanks again! He also followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any additional questions, which no inspector has done for me in the past.

John is really great. His office was very helpful and courteous. I asked him to give an inspection of a beach house am buying. He came quickly and I had a comprehensive, very well documented report in 24 hours. The inspection was very thorough, and John was extremely helpful to me in interpreting the report. Especially, with an old house, he helped me evaluate the issues in the context of the age of the house and what I plan for the house and the property in the future. I recommend him very highly.

I have used John twice now. I used him once in 2016 and now again in 2021. He gives the most detailed home inspections. He is meticulous. If I was selling a home and they told me John was the buyers inspector, I would be afraid! Seriously, he finds everything. He saved me from two very big mistakes that would have cost me a fortune to fix. I highly recommend John. He noticed wet spots, mold etc.. he really went beyond the scope of the service he offers. His walkthrough with me was extremely helpful as he gave me a weighted assessment of higher/lower risk items as well as general advice. His recommendations put me at ease and helped me to prioritize.
