If I could rate no stars I would because this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. For starters the management is horrible, they do no respond to emails in regards to important matters. After weeks of no response from the manager I had to send and email to the assistant manager, luckily she responded ASAP. Pricing here is WAY too expensive for such a small 1 bdr I was paying over $1,000. Water bill is apparently for 2 people was $200 almost every month but our neighbors down below us was around $80. After finally moving out and into a home we paid our last months rent. Im guessing they did a walk

I'm a current tenant and there are upsides and downsides about living here but the most important thing to know is that I've been here less than two years and my rent has gone up $375/month. I have gone from a one year lease to a shorter lease in anticipation of buying a house (which is somewhat typical of renters) but the increases are absolutely ridiculous.

At first I thought I loved these apartments but I was wrong. These were the worst apartments ever! They are super overpriced. The paint inside the apartments are very cheap, the walls are super thin so you can hear everything that goes on. The office management is very rude. Very rarely will the apartment manager be avaliable, Jessica will speak to the manager for you. You can hear every car or truck that passes. You ask them to fix something and it never gets done. When we lived there, only 2 out of 6 of the washers worked and it was like that for over a year. One of our neighbors left their dog

Never realized the over spray of paint on some different parts of the place. Like on counter tops and some mirrors. Theres build up of dirt and dust on the windowsill. Some neighbors litter and do not pick up after their dogs. There’s no parking up front. Rent is overpriced for a place that advertises itself as “luxury”. Shouldn’t be paying 1,300 for a 3.6 star-rated apartment.

My husband and I sold our home in Terrell to come here because the school districts have always thought living in apartments would be bad for kids but was I wrong this is the safest most quietest place we have ever lived we have no surprise bills the people in the office have never been rude as a matter of fact they have gone way above to help us get moved in sooner so we wouldn't have to wait til after Thanksgiving break our son gets to play outside with a handful of other kids his age never anyone flying through the parking lot we live below a couple cops a teacher and beside a business owner
