The lack of professionalism from this pharmacy is ridiculous. I’ve called 4 times and was hung up on because I told the receptionist I understood what she said in Spanish and they basically withheld my son’s prescription and refused to help me. I had to call numerous times until someone finally picked up the phone to assist me. No worries I’ll will be making a report

I was shocked to read negative reviews about Borbas Medical Supply. My mother has been receiving her supplies from them for a long time and we never had a bad experience. Staff is always willing to help and assist in any way possible. I would recommend this vendor to anyone that’s looking to process their order headache free .!!!!

Very poor customer service. We attempted to order supplies for our patient and this company repeatedly misspelled the patient's name, misplaced their information, and had no follow-up on orders. The employees are very unhelpful and short. They do not identify themselves and are not efficient in how they handle orders. I will not be ordering from them in the future. Very disappointed.

Very unprofessional, disrespectful staff. Including Manager . I gave them complete paper work for diabetic shoes a month ago. today I called to find out status. they told me that hey have not yet applied for the authorization. instead of admitting mistake, the manager yelled over me. Please go to some other place.

Called numerous times to check up on my refill. No calls back, no notifications or updates. When you get through to Maria. GOOD LUCK! She's the rudest most inconsiderate representative I have spoken to and I've had diabetes over 33 years.
I suggest anyone T1D that needs a good pharmacy for Dexcom NOT deal with this one. It's hellish to get easy instructions and when your sensors aren't shipped on time. They could care less if you have medical emergencies.
Definitely use Byram if your insurance accepts them. I would NEVER recommend any patients to trust your supplies are handled properly with

Shocked to read negative reviews on this pharmacy. I have been receiving my diabetic supplies from them, both my Omnipod and Dexcom, for over a year now and they have been nothing short of amazing. Always on top of getting a new prescription when my refills are out. They even obtain the authorization themselves as opposed to waiting for my doctor.
