I recently took a bracelet that I bought out of the country to Roc for repairs. Turns out that the company that made it did not set the pins properly and were not secured in the best fashion. Roc delicately took every pin out and replaced it with New and more secured pins. I am extremely happy that I have chosen Roc to take care of this for me. I will recommend Roc and his company for anyone looking for quality service and a great repair.
