Comprehensive Building Consultants four man crew came to my home located at the StoneCreek development in Naples, FL. to conduct an inspection of my home prior to it's one year warranty expiration. The crew arrived as expected ready to start. They split up to cover their expertise and covered the house completely inside and out. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They spent extra time investigating my main concerns. While walking around with the crew, they would document and verbally explain their findings to me. In conclusion, within hours of the inspection being completed

We hired Comprehensive Building Consultants to perform a pre-drywall inspection on our new home build. Russ and his team were professional, thorough and on their top game. We were happy with the items they brought to our attention during the inspection and in their well-detailed report, which we will address with our builder. We will definitely have Russ and his team return to perform another intermediate inspection along with the final build inspection during our closing walk-through. Very happy!

We hired them for a home inspection prior to purchase. Really loved the men that came to the house. With all of them going thru the house we were pretty confident that we were getting a professional opinion. Some of the info was mixed up on the report and they showed up earlier than our scheduled appointment time. We were 40 minutes away and could not get to the house when they began, which is what we requested. Overall we were satisfied with the inspection and WOULD recommend them to others. Owner of the business was very knowledgeable and there to answer our questions at the end.

Comprehensive did a home inspection for me as a Buyer. It was easy to schedule, and they were pleasant and responsive. On the day of inspection, they were on time, extremely professional, thorough and clear. They walked me through any questions, and I recommend them highly.
