We have been seeing both Dr. Robert and Dr. Marinela Nemetz for 14 years. Both the adult and pediatric sides are efficient while not feeling rushed. All the staff...office and hygienists are very professional and caring. Both dentists give individual attention to their patients. Specifically, my son with special needs, actually goes back with a big smile because they can sweet talk him into any procedure.

Dr. Nemetz is the 2nd dentist we saw in Jacksonville. Unlike the first one we saw, Dr. Nemetz & team are very thorough and honest. Dr. Nemetz and the dental hygienists take their time and explain things. They aren't trying to upsell anything you do not need.
Maria (?) At the front desk is welcoming and so very helpful when it came to insurance and making an appt.
We are so happy to have found our life long dentist here in our new home!

Both Drs. Nemetz are wonderful, efficient, accommodating, and work great with average and special needs (anxiety, autism), even great with spouses that need to be walked through pricing and insurance breakdowns. ;) Highly recommend this team of adult & pediatric dentists!The only "negative" would be no Saturday or late hours.

Dr. Nemetz and her staff are wonderful, caring and efficient during the appointments with my 3 kids. Two of my children have autism, and Dr. Nemetz and staff have been accommodating and patient from the very beginning with them. The front office staff are always smiling and always have an answer for any billing or insurance questions I might have. The waiting area and the treatment areas are always clean and kid friendly. Highly recommend this pediatric dental practice.

My son is a very nervous dental patient, who had to get a tooth pulled. We were referred to Dr. Nemetz with high praise by our orthodontist. What a great experience! The staff was very personable. My son loved the waiting room and the treatment room as well. Dr. Nemetz was very nurturing and upbeat. My son came out smiling. Also easy to schedule and the we were in and out in less than an hour! We are huge fans!

The best pediatric dentist. My boys love the waiting area and back office. When we first came to Dr. Marinela Nemetz pediatric practice, my youngest was two and was so afraid of the dentist. When Dr. Nemetz came in she interacted with him so that he didn't even realize she was going through and checking his teeth. Thank you so much for that. The Best....

My wife and I found Dr. Nemetz 10 years ago when we moved to Jacksonville, and we are glad we did. He is professional, efficient, friendly, and caring. His staff reflects his approach and the positive atmosphere he creates in the office.
We also appreciate that Dr. Nemetz takes a conservative approach to dental care. We never feel pressured or as though we are getting too much or unnecessary dental procedures.

Friendly Staff, Friendly Dentist. They have the cutting edge equipment and fillings will be the same color as your teeth. The girls that clean your teeth take the time to do the job right. Dr. Nemetz has been my dentist for some time now and I rely on him to keep my teeth shining bright and without pain.
