I've been seeing Dr. Trotter and her staff for more than 25 years. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. They listen to my concerns and present me with options. The office is clean and well maintained with Covid pre-cautions in place. If I could make one suggestion, it would be for the office to be open on Wednesdays and 4 hours on Saturdays. :)

Let me give a more balanced star review of this atrocious dental office.
Needed to have my teeth cleaned and I’m newer to the area so I called them to schedule a cleaning and they said they would need to do images first. Which was fine. I asked if they took my insurance and they did so I went in. They took an hour and a half to image my mouth and the dentist said I needed 2 gum grafts, and several caps for my teeth. This was all very expensive thousands and thousands of dollars!!. They tried to reschedule me to have all this work done but like I said I just went in to have my teeth cleaned I

We absolutely love this office! The whole staff is amazing and so caring. My 2 and 3 year old love to come and have their teeth cleaned. They are so patient with them. They are always quick to get back to us when we have an questions and are quick to get us in whenever we have a problem! We especially love Dr. Trotter and her assistant Jenni.

Trotter is one condescending b****. I've met many in my lifetime (esp in Florida) but this one is something else. First, as a new patient, the lady at the desk took a long time confirming whether I am in network. Should all be confirmed a long time ago when the information was given over the phone a few weeks b4 the appt. Then she says that I have to pay $25 extra for some photos. I said if my insurance does not cover it, I won't either. So I was escorted to the exam room and Trotter shows up. I repeated what I said about $25. She says that dental insurance only covers so much
