Kylan held my hand every step of the way and made our entire event spectacular!! I cannot say enough about every one that was involved in making our rehearsal dinner the best of the best!!! Under all the circumstances going on during these times, my family and I were so impressed with her and her staff! The food, the service, was above and beyond our expectations! Not one single mishap it was perfect for us!! Thanks so much! Highly recommend this venue!

When the terms of our agreement were unacceptable we chose to terminate the contract in order to get a refund per the contract. They then refused to issue a full refund. We got our attorney involved and he got all but our deposit back and recommended we take them to small claims courts and that we would surely win due to the contract. It was such a hassle that we just forfeited the $1000 deposit. I hope they really needed that money because I am a lifelong Vancouver resident and will never stop telling people of our horrible experience with Kylan and Moonlight events. Don’t waste your time dealing

After delaying for a year, we were finally able to have our in-person celebration on 10/10/2021, and it was amazing! Everything worked out perfectly, and that was in large part due to Kylan and her staff going all out to make our day special. Everyone who attended commented on how much they enjoyed the day, and so much of that can be attributed to our wonderful venue. I'm sharing a few pictures courtesy of our photographer, Katy Weaver, who is also amazing.

1000% would recommend. We had our wedding on 10/02 and everything went great! First off the venue is beautiful and spacious. Kylan was great to work with throughout the whole process. On the day she made things go really smoothly. All of our guest had a blast!

We rented Moonlight events for our wedding on October 1st, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our wedding was even better than we expected it to be. The staff of the venue was amazing and so caring, they kept fixing my dress and my hair, I felt like a queen! They set up our tables and food and made the space look so beautiful. We will forever be thankful to the owner and the staff for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable.

I’m going to start with the positive! We did a reception only event and it was so much fun! Ali was our day-of coordinator and she was thrown into a lot of things and did an amazing job. Ali constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. The venue has more than enough parking and is rather large. There is a photo booth, a HUGE reception… area, chapel, grooms room and bridal room.
So for the negatives, I will start out saying I signed a contract in August of 2019 for an October of 2020 event, we all know how that went. Her packages significantly changed over the year and half

We rented Moonlight Events venue to hold a Celebration of Life for my son earlier this month. I worked with the owner, Kylan and she was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We had a unique request for an outside vendor and Kylan was very flexible and willing to work with us and the vendor to make sure it could happen. We had an open bar and hired their bartender and servers for the food we catered in. The venue is beautiful, very bright and inviting, love the flooring and chandeliers. There is an adjacent covered outdoor area that was nice for socializing and taking group pictures. I would

We HIGHLY recommend this venue! We had our baby shower here and had nothing but absolutely wonderful service! I ended up being admitted to the hospital and the original date we scheduled I wasn’t able to make it to. They let us reschedule the date without any questions or fee! The woman Kylan always responded to our messages quickly and is so friendly! She was there the day of the shower and helped setup and tear down as well! I seriously will use this venue in the future when I need one!!

We found Kylan just after we were told for the second time that we could not have the wedding we hoped for in 2020. Not only did she work with us in a friendly, professional manner but also understood our needs as a couple who desperately wanted to have a nice wedding in the middle of a pandemic. This venue was an awesome experience for our wedding and reception. Every detail was attended to and the venue looked amazing. After meeting with Kylan and Alisha a couple of times, we conveyed what we wanted to them and then left it in their hands. A good decision on our part because all of the stress of planing was lifted.
