Years ago they were great but the past few years pre-covid. They have gone downhill. I moved to a different pharmacy because they have a few times have said the order was ready then made me come back or wait over an hour when they said 20 minutes. I'm an Adult if you are slammed then tell me don't waste my time.
I won't waste my time or send my business this way they have grown to much and are no longer what other call a family pharmacy more like a mill.

This Pharmacy stole my medication and when confronted the owner was rude and disrespectful and called me a thief and an addict. I would recommend anyone who sends their medication here to switch to somewhere else or at the bare minimum open the bag and check make sure all the pills are in the bottle right at the counter. I am not the only person who this has happened to.

BEWARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE NAMED "NATI"
After 3 calls with no success I decide it to go in person on Thursday march 5, 2020 to get information on ear piercing (after I was recommended by a friend). The old lady in the front desk name "NATI" told me: "today im busy come next Monday from between 5-6pm" I saIid ok and left.
Today Monday march 9 at 5pm I was there with my daughter and husband to encounter her rude and nasty attitude not only with me but also with an old lady who didn't have a bag to put the stuff she bought.
When finally I got to talk

Poorly trained or managed staff had the audacity to try and rush my healthcare shopping insinuating that I must be stealing because I was taking my time reading ingredient lists, indications and contraindications on various remedies. Highly insulted as I am a frequent shopper at this location and have NEVER given them any reason to behave in this way. Aren't they aware that people have become much more cautious about what they are putting into their bodies? I'll be looking for a more accommodating establishment going forward.
