We reached out to Nick Innocenzi & Sons for verification of interior wall removal on our new (to us) home. Matthew was so responsive and kind; he was able to meet our rushed deadline for inspection and helped guide us on how we could prepare for his visit, which saved us both time and money. I was interested in removing a couple of small internal walls in our new home myself, but wanted to be absolutely sure that neither of them were structural. In the process of selling my home Engineering Services were required. I contacted Mathew Innocenzi for help inspecting several issues that came up on the home inspection. Matt responded quickly and came to my home within a few days. The issues were inspected in one day and I had the report within one week. I appreciate his help and expertise.
