DRH came on with my unfinished renovation project. Dave picked up the pieces, inspected the foundation and refined the plans to take to the County for the Building permits. Worked with Dave, great guy. I felt he was really set on helping me out rather than just generating work. I needed him for a crawlspace inspection as a result of a home inspection when we sold our house. I knew the crawlspace was fine, but got extremely nervous when they required us to have an inspection by a structural engineer. At one point they were asking us to do 16k worth of work...to a crawlspace. After the inspection, Dave's more realistic recommendations cost us only 2.5k. Obviously, definitely worth the money.

I reached out to several structural engineers familiar with retaining wall details for Fairfax county codes. David Hall responded quickly and due to my tight time requirements, visited my property 2 days later on a Saturday. I had the final Retaining Wall Plans in my hand Wednesday and breezed through the permit process on Thursday! David's final structural drawings saved the day!
