I have known owner/instructor Todd Tanaka since 1995. When in Hawaii, I drop by for classes and he and his students are incredibly welcoming and so personable. I really appreciate the knife and firearm defense as part of his reality-based jiu-jitsu lessons. Todd's detail driven instruction is matched by his positive attitude at the academy.
