I have been working within the field of health and wellness since 2000. I am a seeker of knowledge and a personal development junkie; which has led me down many roads. I have had "shiny object (interest) syndrome" for quite some time, which some may say is pathological and others say I am just "delighted by the world".

As part of our roster of treatments, The Vitality Center offers a unique style of distal acupuncture. Amber is AWESOME! I had no experience with acupuncture prior to visiting the vitality center and they did a great job of making me feel comfortable with the needles. After my first treatment I slept like a baby! Their office is professional, clean, and gives you a feeling of relaxation from the minute you walk in the door. I am looking forward to my next visit at the Vitality Center!

Life-changing experience! Amber helped me identify the food factors that were causing my allergies and taught me how to actually eat clean. Going to the grocery store with her and reading labels was a super eye-opening and educational experience. Would recommend to anyone that really wants to really have their health under control!

I highly recommend the Vitality Center! Chris helped me tackle many health issues over the last few months. My initial symptoms were quite bothersome and worried me well. Chris developed a treatment plan for me and helped alleviate my symptoms very quickly. I am now symptom free and feel the best I have in years! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I visited The Vitality Center on a referral and honestly had no idea what to expect. Eastern medicine always seemed "weird" to me. However, I was feeling generally frustrated with my health and was suffering from frequent headaches and a lack of energy. Amber was FANTASTIC! She was super thorough and non-judgmental - listening to my concerns and asking great questions.
