I had read about the benefits of acupuncture for labor and delivery so I decided to try it out. After searching online, I came across Kate Kellogg's practice and made an appointment. Kate's warm and friendly demeanor immediately made me realize that I made the right choice. I've seen Kate for prenatal/labor induction acupuncture for both of my pregnancies and have had extremely positive experiences. Kate is gentle, intuitive, and highly knowledgeable. I've been seeing Kate for about three years and absolutely look forward to every visit. She is a true healer and has helped me overcome a multitude of issues including tineaversicolor (skin condition that causes pain, extreme sensitivity and discoloration), debilitating back/hip pain as well as anxiety/anxiousness.

Like everyone has said Kate is amazing, knowledgeable and generous with kindness! She listens and is super sweet about offering ideas to help. I started seeing Kate when I was pregnant with my first about 3.5 years ago, it helped immensely with nausea and other "fun" things that pop up when pregnant and I have been seeing her ever since. Going for stress or to help strengthen and emotional wellness. There will never be enough words to thank her!

I have no doubt that Kate is part of the reason I got pregnant and (almost, I'm at 37 weeks now) made it through a very difficult pregnancy. I sent a few of my friends to her, who had been dealing with fertility issues, and they both have babies now. :) I have had great experience with her, I love her space, she's kind and good at what she does.

Kate is great! I have fibroids that have been causing pain for a while now and literally saw results and reduced pain in the first treatment. Acupuncture seemed a little voodoo to me, but now I am a total believer. I don't get how it works at all, but its amazing. I am definitely a skeptic turned believer.

I have been a regular customer of Kate's for 4 years. I continue to be impressed by the depth and range of what she addresses, both physical and emotional. Kate is amazing. I had H1N1, was sick for 4 weeks. After which I had a terrible nagging cough and NO energy, no matter what I tried. After just 1 visit with Kate my immune system was 20x stronger and in 2 days felt like I had earlier in the year. She is a gentle healer, very supportive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services.
