Gentle cleansing & exfoliation followed by light extractions and a relaxing facial massage. This treatment helps rebalance and reset your skin's health. This place is great! I have been going here for years and I won't go anywhere else. Recently they have opened a coffee shop upstairs called N°7 and it's actually amazing and so convenient for everyone. I definitely recommend this place. My hairstylists name is emily and she is super sweet and amazing at what she does!

Finding a new hairstylist is a struggle. Lindsey is awesome. She took my butchered haircut, evened it out and made it look fabulous. Gorgeous atmosphere, relaxing head massage, very friendly staff, new café too. I'll be a regular; I found my home.

Beautiful salon and I believe that they generally do nice work. Let me start by saying that I went in for a hair consult a week ago. The hair stylist, Shauna gave a treatment recommendation and I booked the appointment. The following week, I went in for a basic hair dye service and walked out with grey hair. The salon was not willing to correct the issue or take responsibility. In fact, Shauna got very defensive, which I was surprised to see coming from a hair professional. I was told that I misunderstood and they did what they could. They blamed previous hair stylists for not giving me the coverage

I went to this salon a few times and the last two visits were for smoothing/keratin treatments respectively. When the hair result from my last visit were not satisfactory I called and informed them. The next day I received a call from the owner and she gladly offered to re do it with a different stylist as her ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. I asked her for a discount on that 2nd MAGIC SLEEK attempt and she responded by saying it’ll be covered by the salon. The senior stylist I ended up with, Mary-Jean was absolutely the sweetest and the best! Wanted to wait until I’ve washed

I absolutely love how my hair turned out!! I got partial highlights and a cut from Emily and my hair looks so much lighter and natural. My hair turned out even better than what I wanted. Emily and Francesca were super nice, knowledgeable, and professional for the whole visit.

I have had good experiences in the past here but called yesterday for a last minute blowout appointment for today. They said they would put me in but never told me who it was with or said anything else. I got called into work for today and had to cancel my appointment. I was told I will have to pay the full service fee. First of all, if this is the policy I would think they'd say it to you upon booking and obtain a credit card. Would they just charge a card that I used there 3 years ago? Second of all, during a global pandemic - would I still be charged if I was showing symptoms and

I give this review because I had one of the most horrific experiences in my life at this salon. They made me feel so unwelcome. I was charged $140 for just getting half a head highlights n left w wet hair! Nothing else!
They refused to dry my hair complaining they were going home! I've never paid this much before to just have wet hair! I went here because it seemed like a nice place but it was a total waste of my time and money.
To think they couldn't even dry my hair!! I'll never go again! Nobody deserves this kind of treatment! Especially on their Birthday!! I want to correct

Amazing haircut as always! Lauren R. always takes the time to analyze the cut with you and walk you through the styling to help replicate it at home. I’ve never had a stylist so obviously passionate about educating her curly girls and my new knowledge has shown in the past six months I’ve been using the techniques she’s given me. It’s honestly as though I’ve been given all new curls! I love Lauren and will follow her anywhere from now on! I went to Lauren and she was amazing! She answered all my questions and even my mothers questions even though it wasn't her appointment! Super friendly and made me super comfortable! Beautiful salon and a great experience! Highly recommend going to Lauren if you have curly hair! I have an appointment to get some color correction and I can't wait!

The salon is beautiful and the majority of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Sadly, I have experienced poor customer service with one of the receptionist on numerous occasions but no salon is perfect and i will not let it come in the way of being a client..
I've been getting my eyebrows done by Christine for about a year after a nightmare at another salon and she worked magic on them. I get so many compliments and inquires if i have them microbladed, shes incredible!

This place is a gem! My friend took me here because she knows I am a fanatic about my blow outs and nails! Jordan did a fabulous job! I love it! Kim was my manicurist and she did such a beautiful job. Both women are pleasant and made my visit very comfortable. I will definitely be back for my weekly visits!

My Brazilian Blowout at Coco Bond was one of the single worst salon experiences I've ever had.
First, my hair: The treatment was done hastily without care, taking only an hour to complete, instead of the typical 2-2.5 hrs. The stylist disregarded how I part my hair, leaving my bangs sticking up at a 90 degree angle like Alfalfa. She also pressured me to buy products and color my hair that same day, when it's known you must wait 2 weeks after keratin before getting color.
I'm also skeptical I actually got the Brazilian Blowout formula. I've been doing the treatment for 10

I have been looking for a salon that did top notch work for the longest time. I use to go to a small salon where I met Marci and she ultimately left to go work at Salon Coco Bond. I followed her there and now not only do I have a great place and person to do my hair, I have a place to do my nails without the fear of getting some weird infections. April did my Dazzle Dry Mani and it was amazing. They came out great and it was nice to finally be able to converse with a nail tech that does my nails. My husband and I have a spa day booked in 2 weeks so we can try the many other services they offer

This salon is fit for a queen (or king)!! Modern and very friendly staff. I came across this place and this is now my go to place for my hair, nails, massage and more.
And if you need someone to do your hair, look for SHAUNA! She is the best!! When I came to see her, my hair was a paranormal hairtivity. 3 levels of colors on my hair and she made my hair into a rose gold brown which I absolutely love!! She is amazing!! She truly cares about her clients and your hair. And she is soooo patient!! What else are you waiting for?! Head on over to Salon Coco Bond and get ready to be transformed!! :)

I was looking for somewhere in the area to do the Magic Sleek and my cousins friend said to go to this salon. I am happy that I did ! The salon itself is beautiful and the ladies when you walk in are so welcoming! I got my treatment done by Harleigh who was really friendly and did a great job. She spent time with a consult at the start of the appointment which was very helpful because my last experience with a straightening treatment was a botched treatment at different salon. She wasn't trying to push any specific treatment but instead gave me me the options and info on each ( Magic Sleek

Lindsey is a phenomenal hair stylist and everyone I have referred to her loves her as well. Salon Coco Bond is even better since they moved to a larger space in Shrewsbury. I will not go anywhere else for a haircut. You can also sign up to receive notifications when they have discounted appointments, which is great for last minute openings.

1) Cut. Layers, movement, bouncy, it's pricey but I get it cut while I'm getting my....
2) Highlights. They (Jenna is my girl) usually does a double process because my natural color is black. She dyes the base a brown and adds highlights. I go every six weeks religiously because I hate the the tri-color grow out that occurs
3) Brazilian Blowout (or Salon Tech if you're afraid
