I enjoyed CW Sparks as my property management very responsive always on time. I had an issue with my AC unit it had went out. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours that showed me that they really cared. I could always call them with any questions concerns any text message or email was always responded to very easy payment arrangements. I would definitely recommend them to any family trying to rent at home and just want a easy-going…..

I have had a great experience with CW Sparks since 2015. They have been my property management company, and I have always had professional service and communication. No issues that I can report on and specifically Jacqueline Ray-Soliz. She has been so responsive and always very helpful. Recently, my husband and I decided to even use the company and Jacqueline for selling our property. Our property had an offer by the end of the first week, which was awesome. Sparks has been wonderful to work with. As an owner, they are very professional and attentive. I have great tenants in all my properties that they have found, and are very competitive. Worst leasing company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. If I could give it no stars, I definitely would. The house I was renting was broken into & had the back door kicked in. CW Sparks' response was to simply replace the portion of the frame that shattered rather than replacing the entire clearly damaged frame. Months after this, the ceiling above the bathroom shower began to crack. I submit a maintenance request with concerns that with it being above the shower, there could be water damage. The worst. They took over the property I have been renting for over a year without incident. They are inconsistent in how the charge late fees, one month it is assessed on one day, the next month it was assessed 2 days early. All within my grace period. They do not operate in a manner in which the owner of he home requests (my homeowner requested that the fees be waived, and they refused - citing administrative costs). I requested a detailed accounting of what the administrative costs were, and nothing was provided. I cannot wait for my lease to be up with this company.

I gave this management company a 1 because it is the lowest that I could give. My experience with this company is one of the worst experiences in my life. They are unorganized and are awesome at providing misinformation. I would highly suggest to go with another management company if you are looking for a house to rent before they take your money for doing nothing at all.

Horrible property management company. They take forever to send someone to repair something that is broken. My AC has gone out multiple times and they take days before getting someone out here even if it is over 100 degrees outside and almost as hot inside. I had informed them I had an infant but that did not seem to matter. Management will never return your calls or respond to your emails. DO NOT rent with this company. It's been a horrible experience.

As a tenant, I will tell you that the customer service with the office staff is lacking. They are rude, and rarely answer the phone. When someone does answer the phone I am usually transferred to a voice mail of the person that I am actually trying to reach. Someone rarely returns your call. I have tried communicating via email and still no response. Most times when I did get to speak with someone I always got the feeling that I was inconveniencing them. We once received a notice in the mail saying that we had been evicted and that we had 3 days to vacate the premises. It took me 7 days just
