First off I would like to say worst experience in my life my appointment started at 9:00am and didn’t get out until 7:30pm. I went in to get fillings done and 10 hours later still don’t have them done and instead Dr.Khan, and Danni without my consent which I have proof took two of my teeth out and Dr.Khan after I told him my mouth was no longer numb decided to kept drilling my tooth which caused so much more pain to my mouth to wear I started crying in pain and my jaw locked up. Dr.Khan probably numbed my mouth over 20 times, my mouth started to appear with white spots. Not to mention he burned

Dr.Trahan made me feel completely comfortable out of all the Dentist I've been to.The assistant absolutely make you feel very comfortable and treat you like family.
Breanna and the other assistant Definitely need a PAY RAISE ! Well worth the wait. The ladies up front maybe need a little assistance, but other then that my personal experience on the chair was the best I've ever had at a dentist office.

The process of getting my new dentures was longer than I anticipated, however results are phenomenal. My dentures fit perfectly! They’re very well made and I could not be more pleased.
My dentist told me things about taking care of my dentures that I’ve never been told before. Example given I was told to never use a regular toothbrush on the dentures. He also advised to use a denture toothpaste.Never use anything abrasive on the dentures. I wasn’t even aware they have denture toothpaste until he told me.
The entire staff was always courteous friendly and helpful.

This place is terrible. They over book and you are there forever. They kept numbing my mouth , then would go work on other patients and when they came back to work on me the shot already wore off. This happened three times.I finally just had them pull my tooth without it being numb. I was there from 10 am until 430 to get one tooth pulled and a build up for a bridge.My temporary tooth fell out the very next day. I went to have it put back on and they made me a appointment for the next day,and an hour and a half after my appointment I still had not been called back. I was told when I asked what

Worst dental office I have ever been to. I was told by one lady that when I have my root canal done I could just add the balance on that to my current pay plan so I went ahead and got it done. When it was time to go pay the finance lady told me I have to put $1000 down in order to be able to add it to my pay plan. So two different stories from two different people. Then they proceeded to tell me if I don't pay they cannot finish my root canal and my tooth will eventually fall out. That wouldn't be a problem if I was told the right thing the first time. Went to have tooth pulled.
While using dental grinder to remove remaining root, burr came out of grinder and lodged in skull. Had to drive to Webster for oral surgeon to drill a hole in skull to access sinus cavity and remove burr.
All they said they could offer was a gas card to pay for 100+ miles trip to surgeon.
They did refund cost of extraction and pay for surgery. That's why rated 2 instead of 1.

After my grandmother’s tooth broke off recently and no one else was able to help due her being in hospice and unable to undergo anesthesia, my family is so grateful for the compassionate great care provided by the entire staff here. This is a wonderful dentist office to go to! My 2 teenagers loved the dentist, she was pretty funny. My son normally has to have gas when getting a procedure done, but he had a cavity filled today without gas and did great. Everyone is so sweet here and makes you feel welcomed! The office is nice and clean. Staff is professional. You won't be disappointed.
