After a dramatic and very personal journey to becoming healthy and fit, Eric now dedicates his life to helping others achieve their health goals. JonEr Fitness and Wellness Center believes health and fitness encompasses a whole-body approach: physical, mental, and spiritual. I absolute love this place. The hot yoga, is so therapeutic. Barbara is an amazing instructor. Helped me so much with my back pain and sciatica. Thank you Joner hot yoga! Highly recommend.

Great yoga studio for beginners or the advanced! I go to the 7:30pm power class and it's a guaranteed workout. Good flow, good energy = great results. Highly recommend!!

Eric is the best of the best: funny, intuitive, a great teacher and an awesome trainer. Eric always makes me laugh and feel great about myself. Without him showing up at my house and motivating me to take care of myself, I'd probably never exercise. Also, after a serious accident that badly damaged my back in 2016, I didn't think I'd ever be able to run again. I tried classes and physical therapy, and honestly, I felt worse off. After a few weeks working regularly with Eric, I not only run again but have a functional back again that feels like my pre-accident days. Eric really

A professional personal trainer who is caring, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! Eric had me dive right in with my first session for immediate results. The exercises were easy to comprehend, and I was sweating within minutes. At the end of the session he had me stretch and use the foam roller for deeper muscle recovery. Eric's knowledge of nutrition compliments the physical training. He really cares about me and what I want to accomplish, and he is conscious about my long-term health and longevity.
