All the coaches are great and have high energy. They really take the time to include modifications. These are high cardio class. I enjoyed that they utilized indoors and outdoors as well. I am a beginner with fitness and had no troubles keeping up.

De’Vin I’d a great trainer! He is very organized and communicates extremely well. He is clear about our goals and is always attentive to any possible pain areas. We do not waste any time yet he is always open to a “mask break”. It took me a couple of weeks to get back into the training routine and he was very patient with that time. I feel we are making great progress. I have nothing but compliments. Thank you!!

This is an excellent gym for boot camps and personal training. The trainers are very nice and make a new person feel very welcome. The boot camps are tough but boy they can whip you into shape. I love my trainer Amy. She always mixes up the workouts and is mindful of limitations and super sweet. I highly recommend this gym!

I love the individualized workouts I get from my trainers at X-Zack. I’m 65 and haven’t worked out like this in a long time … so I think I’m a bit of a challenge. De’Vin even spoke to my chiropractor so that we could begin strengthening the right areas, and is careful that I’m doing things correctly so that I don’t strain anything. Amy is very quick to adapt exercises that I can’t quite do yet and always makes me feel like I’m really accomplishing something when I can move on to the next level. They are both helping me to feel stronger every week.

X-Zact Fitness is amazing, I love the gym and working there one-on-one with my personal trainer, Amy, who is amazing. Amy has been incredibly supportive and gives a great workout. X-Zact Fitness offers me the nutritional support and weight training at an incredible value. Zack has been very attentive and supportive in helping me reach a healthy nutritional diet I need. I’d recommend anyone work here, it’s so worth it and your body will thank you.

My experience with X-Zact Fitness has been nothing but wonderful. I came in with zero experience or knowledge about working out and developing better/healthier eating habits but Zack and De’Vin were so quick to demonstrate support and have shared so much knowledge with me. I never thought I would be excited to get my workout in. I came in with so many aches/tight areas and not having a clue about what was causing them or what to do about them and surely just after 2 weeks, I feel like a new person. Although, I am constantly pushed and motivated to go harder, they never make me feel like I should

After the closing of the gyms due to the virus. I was trying hard to keep exercising and stay motivated.. it was an uphill battle! I decided to have personal training in the house. A decision I am so happy I made. Zack is very personable and efficient, he listens professionally to your needs and brings all the necessary equipment to the backyard and creates a little gym where I do everything I used to do in the bigger gym without missing a beat. He disinfects all the equipment before and after the session and very thorough in tweaking every movement so you don’t injure yourself. Thank you Zack

So happy with my choice to sign up with X-Zact Fitness! Zack is a fantastic fitness instructor. He motivates and guides using the best balance of support, encouragement, and proper technique. I have been working out with De'Vin for over a year. He is an awesome trainer and colleague of Zack's. Our workouts are via Zoom now, but the workouts are still challenging and interesting. I haven't done the outdoor workouts with Zack/De'Vin, but I can only assume they are as good as the individual training sessions that I have with De'Vin. De'Vin is also very knowledgeable about nutrition, motivation, etc. which helps round out the workouts. Highly recommend!

I have been using Zack as a personal trainer for over 18 months. He always comes prepared with a well thought out plan and is ready to go with a positive attitude! Today was my second time working out with Zack. He is very knowledgeable about the muscle groups, and the correct way of working each group to it's full potential. It's a hard process right now, but with continued training I know it will be worth it in the end. Very friendly, and not intimidating. Will recommend him to friends and family having trouble with weight loss, and muscle gain. Can't wait for our next session.

If you have body goals you want to achieve Zack is BY FAR the best fitness coach to guide you, support you and teach you how to meet your goals!!
