Strongly would not recommend shopping here. They were heavily and knowingly price gauging At-home Covid tests right before the holidays when there was a shortage in NYC. A test is $15-23 and they were charging $65! Not only is it morally corrupt, according to section 396-r of the New York general business law, it is illegal. Myself and many others have and will befiling official complaints to the Attorney Generals office as they request any instances of covid 19 test price gauging be reported.

Tisane Pharmacy and Cafe is listed in a book about little known hidden Gems. It sure is a hidden gem. I accidentally came across it so I had to stop in to see the cafe. It's really cute but the tables in front were taken. When I walked to the back I saw the old fashioned counter with stools. The nice man behind the counter said he would make a space for me to have a coffee. I pulled up a stool, he verified my vaccination, and he brewed a decaf for me. It's really tasty coffee. Julia is a wonderful pharmacist, I highly recommend going to her to receive any and all medications. She is very compassionate and always treats me with the most respect. I have been going to this pharmacy for a while now and she is the only one I trust to handle my prescriptions due to my medical conditions. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and that you can receive your medications on time. If you have any questions she helps to answer them to her best ability. I stumbled onto this gem cafe by mistake. When I looked inside, I was like, "WHAT THE F88K!!!" this weirdly situated tea and cafe shop with it's super clean coffee and expresso machine, it's aroma mist, it's Italian style machiato and italian sodas; has the warmth of hugs and kisses from grandmom.

When my dear friend ask if i could visit this pharmacy cause they carry a herbal soap she loves and they have it in stock i said sure but she did not mention that they also have a counter section that serves coffee, tea, soda and other types of beverages and some snacks to munch on .i visited before the coronavirus madness and was able to walk around and besides being a fully operating pharmacy they carry bath , beauty , health, and a bunch of other unique goods that cvs, walgreens do not carry . still browsing around with the soap i needed to pick up and some lime scented deodorant that i think

I just had a beyond horrible experience with one of the pharmacists at Tisane, so I'd like to warn current and future customers of this behavior. I had a prescription that needed to be filled early because of a work trip, which they happily took care of. The cost of the prescription seemed high, so I later used a "price your medication tool" offered by my insurance to see what their estimate was for my medication and the quote I received, without insurance, was much lower than what Tisane had charged me. AMAZING. Seriously, Tisane is the definition of independent neighborhood shop, still going strong. This is a review for the cafe that sits proudly at the entrance of the pharmacy.
It was pouring outside today, and I was tired from a long commute. Tisane was just what I needed to lift my spirits.
Charles, the manager, is so friendly and remembers your name. He's helpful and very knowledgeable- he has years of experience backing his skills, and he has some amazing ideas up his sleeve to up the ante for this coffee shop. PLUS, his latte art is stunning- make a request and challenge him! Stay

This place kind of reminded me of a place in North Italy that sold cooking utensils in the front of the shop. But if you wandered to the back, you found that they also sold high-quality lace lingerie -- none of which was advertised in the window. Almost like it was a secret.
