As CEO of P.B. Bell, Chapin leads the strategic planning and growth of the company and oversees all aspects of P.B. Bell, including development, acquisitions and property management. After serving as a commercial lending officer and vice president for National City Bank, Chapin joined P.B. Bell in 1993 and worked alongside his father, Founder Philip Bell, for 25 years.

They demonstrate on a daily bases and show everyone they care and are really a hands on management team and will always be there for you. They are the best company I have ever worked for and I take pride that I was the chosen one of there team.

I have worked with Kristina and Shelby and the PB Bell team for over the last year and they have been absolutely wonderful. They have always been very professional and responsive. Every time I have talked with them you can tell there is a genuine care for what they do and the renters they serve. Hands down one of the best property management companies around!

DO NOT rent from one of their communities. When moving in everyone is so nice but once they have you living there it all changes. At the end of the relationship with them they will even get nasty and have their attorney send you nasty emails threatening to take you to court and charge you costs for filling a BBB complaint. Trash management company and communities!
