AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Previous poor reviews still hold up. Horribly rude and dismissive staff, sheets and pillows were grimey and dirty, internet doesn't work at all, tv barely works, and reading reports of bed bugs and how staff handles claims made us leave before staying there even one night. Area also didn't feel safe. It's worth spending a little extra $ at an actually well-run motel/hotel

While unlike other reviews I saw, didn't see any homeless humans, didn't have bed bugs and didn't have any loud neighbouring tenants, but there was mold on the walls as well as long black hairs in the shower when we had arrived. Another thing to point out is that the fridge started leaking, and the microwave still had some time on it when we first walked in, about 39 seconds. The smell when opening it as well was just putrid. The prices were reasonable for what it was since all other locations were booked. There was a $175 deposit which is really strange, since we had already paid for the room

I paid a 100 dollar deposit in cash, my fault I know, I forgot to pick it up when I checked out. So I went by the following week and they looked at me like I was from outer space. I was told that they would need a few days to review the tapes. I asked if they had a receipt with my signature on it indicating the money had been picked up already. Nothing, including the phone call promised with the results of their investigation. There was nothing in the room worth a hundred bucks individually or collectively.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at and I highly encourage that you NEVER stay here. Here's a few reasons why.
1.) The staff was incredible rude and dismissive to myself and anyone that I saw him interact with. I observed at least 3 problems in the few times that I spoke with him.
2.) This hotel failed at its basic responsibilities, when I left the hotel all day and came back, my room was cleaned but my DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN BY THE STAFF. When I got back I frantically checked the room and thankfully nothing was stolen. When I reported the issue to Steve, I was met with "I'm sorry our

Worst service my appliances are sparking. They stole from my bedroom and I saw them refusing to return a guests laundry,when the laundry area is clearly accessible. If homeless people took over this building, you'd receive a vastly better customer service experience guaranteed.

I booked this hotel a month in advance, I had a inconvenience with transportation, so I called about 2 weeks ahead to inform them that I was going to be checking early Sunday morning instead of Saturday night and was calling to make sure that would be okay, the guy who picked up didn't give me his name he just asked me for my name and said my reservation was confirmed and that it was fine they were open 24 hours, I still have the call on my phone.
Sunday morning walk up to check I window, reservation has been canceled.... they didn

NOT SAFE!! My wife and I were jolted awake in the wee hours of the morning by a man entering our room. I slammed the door in his face and bolted the safety latch. The doors lock automatically; there is no way a door can inadvertently be left open. The only plausible explanation is that the front desk issued the man a key. What was really going on, we don't know. We sat there wide-eyed for a while, then packed up and left. Repeated attempts to reach the so-called "supervisor" have failed.

All of these negative reviews are sadly true.( just based off of my phone call.) I called earlier to try and book two different rooms for a flight crew that got in late. The lady with the heavy accent on the phone couldn't have been more rude! I simply asked her how much was it for two rooms and if we can possibly get in tonight. She responded with "that's what the website is for." I said okay, are there any rooms in that I can book now then? And she again, states, "I just said that's what the website is for goodnight." WHAT! Are you serious?! I asked two questions

I'll just get to the point...this place was horrible!
I was in town for the Raider Monday night game and thought it'd be a good idea to stay somewhere close, which this place is, but if I would've known how dirty this place was going to be, I don't think I would've mind driving a little.
The sheets being dirty was only the beginning! The clogged sink didn't make it any better, and when taking a shower, the door wouldn't close properly, so water got everywhere. Also, to top it off, there wasn't any hot water, so that was nice.
On another note, my buddy and

I think the name of the hotel is intentionally misleading. Also their claim of a short walk to the sports venues is completely untrue. 1.5 mile walk down an unsafe and very trashy street.

I think ownership thinks it still the 90s and can get away with a crappy motel experience, but with all the review sites available, you will get exposed.

Arrived late at night, tired, and not feeling great from the flight. I'm a single woman and this was a Hotwire spcial for $50. I kept telling the lady @ Hotwire that safety is my main concern. When I arrived there were two drunk guys talking about work by the office. I asked the manager if he was going to put me by those drunk guys and he said no I'm going to put you way in back we take care of our guest. So that was a good thing.
