I will use Kevin again for any plumbing needs. He solved my problem and fixed the sump pump drain line clog. I tried two other plumbing companies before this and they were giving me issues. Universal plumbing asked for $10k to replace my pipe and dig up the yard. Kevin fixed my problem without that extreme solution or price. If you are looking for a plumber to trust and not overcharge you with false problems, go with Reddy Jetter. I already had spent $1000 on two other large named plumbing companies to give me incorrect and poor diagnoses before I found Kevin. I’m very upset by the experience

Kevin and Jon were great - we called them Monday night and they were out here the next day as promised. Extremely neat - actually wore booties so they would not dirty the floors or carpeting. They solved our problem perfectly and in short time. I highly recommend them. We thought they were very reasonable along with being nice guys! I think you will be very happy if you call them. It was a very nice experience as you never know what you are going to get when you are in trouble and blindly calling all the plumbers you can find.

I had some serious root issues in my sewer main about 40 to 50 ft out. I have had numerous plumbers come out and snake the line but weren't able to completely clear the roots because it is a 6 inch pipe once it leaves the house. Ready Jetter specializes in hydro jetting which uses high pressure water jets to cut the roots out completely. We needed our Sump Pump updated to not dump into the septic before we sold our house. Kevin came out and really impressed me with his knowledge of codes for Macomb County. He did the job very well and the price was excellent. The county inspector was happy with the work and gave us the all clear to sell. Kevin was nice to work with. I highly recommend his work and will hire him again.
