Founded in 1929, Rochester Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is a Michigan company which provides plumbing, heating, air conditioning services. Rochester Plumbing and Heating was established in 1929 by Earl Hulbert, Bill Garling and George Martin to provide residential and commercial plumbing and heating sales and service.
By the early 1950's Earl Hulbert had bought out both of his partners. In 1955 Mr. Hulbert's daughter and son in law, Cecil Ennis, purchased the business, which they managed until 1975 when Gerald Carpenter and David Graybill purchased the business. Mr. Carpenter bought out his partner and ran the business until his death in 1997 - when the management of the business was turned over to his sons Keith and Kim Carpenter.

We had Rochester Plumbing and Heating and Cooling out today to hook up our A/C system, Dave arrived at our home when he said he would, he was very professional, friendly and proficient at the job. I want to thank Keith Carpenter for hiring a Veteran, I was very honored to have Dave in our new home. Dave answered all of my questions! Great Job.

I just called and was met by a very rude and seemingly uncaring or annoyed receptionist. I am sorry if my business and wanting to give you my money bothers you? She basically told me 15 people are ahead of you and it won't be until after next week, which is fine. I am not in a hurry, but that was it. It was just awkward silence after that. I have a background in customer service and dealing with people like this probably bothers me more than some others perhaps. You don't just brush off potential clients. You make sure they know they might have to wait, but you would love for them to make an appointment
