I’ve used them twice. Once for a tire repair and it was quick, efficient and my tire light has been off since. The second time was for a NJ inspection. I dropped the car off, it was done within a half hour and he checked all my tires (tires no charge). It was a great price, quick service and everyone at this station is really nice. I dealt with Joe and I always stop there for gas and chat with Brian. All nice people. I highly recommend.

Been a customer for 6 years. John and all the mechanics are great. But Joe is absolutely disgusting. I came in to put back a tire pressure gage but the car computer system couldn’t register it and the warning signal continues to come on. Joe told me to come in 3 weekends over the span of 2 months, each time the problem wasn’t fixed. When I asked yo work out a partial refund he was all in my face saying the car really should be brought in over week days, and when I told him I’m not trying to be argumentative and just trying to work out a solution, he stormed out and said to talk to John. Firstly, it has been an incredibly satisfying experience to deal with a professional shop with certified mechanics. I'm lucky to live nearby, most of the work I have gotten done is usually, drop off my car in the morning and pick it up all fixed up in the afternoon.
Owner John has a calm way about dealing with the small and larger issues, which keep me calm too.
The shop is super clean and extremely organized.
I've used other mechanics in Fort Lee, sadly they're basically chop shops with non-experienced workers and ownership to match the incompetence too.

I am new to the area so I asked an Edgewater group on Facebook for recommendations for an honest mechanic. Twin Towers was recommended so I brought my car in. I was expecting a big problem which in turn would have cost a lot of money. Well, I have to say that not only did they get to root of my problem, he assured me that if I didn’t fix it that my car would be totally safe to drive. With the car being so old I decided not to fix it and start shopping for a new car. Thank you Twin Towers. You will be my go to mechanic forever now!!!

John and his staff are wonderful, caring and honest people. I brought my car in for a flat tire on Friday evening very close to quitting time for the mechanics. Joe took a look at the damaged tire and said it should be replaced. Totally bummed because I was going on vacation very early the next morning with my family and needed my car. John said let me see if we can get the tire for you.He immediately made several phone calls looking to find me a replacement tire which Joe ran out to get and replace for me . These guys are great! I can’t say enough about these guys! Everyone I dealt with at Twin Towers were very knowledgeable, and professional! They took the time out to explain everything thing they had to do, and why they had to do it! If you want your vehicle repaired right the first time, then I highly suggest you bring your vehicle here for all your repairs! I refuse to go anywhere else!

I believe John is a knowledgeable and experienced service manager. But this only makes his manner of conduct and method of pricing more irksome. It seems the business was more profitable and reasonable years ago - perhaps there is an 'exit play' of pulling money out of it prior to an upcoming retirement. In any event, for a host of work [costing thousands of dollars], I found that each problem even when it was handled competently was fully overblown as to the heroic efforts John made to either search our purveyors [always dozens of them] to find a difficult to obtain part, or to have

This station has been around for the duration. I would never go back even though it's very convenient. John the owner over sells everything he can many of which are unneeded, plus their expensive. I do believe their capable mechanics, but what I mentioned above I can't imagine anyone going there. I consider myself mechanically knowledgeable, but I suspect many customers are not.

I would not recommend this place, I just picked my car up from them yesterday ($813 later) I feel like I was over charged. Also, when I went to get in my car, there was a car part sitting on my back seat, I brought it in to the office to ask them what it was and a mechanic grabbed it out of my hand and basically ran over to my car and told me to give him 5 minutes so he could put it back in my car!!! So they didn't even put my car back together correctly! I'm the one who noticed it on my backseat. But besides that, I feel like for the work they did, it wasn't $813 worth. I feel ripped

First of all, John did not explain why the rear right tire went from monthly inflation to daily inflation right after they checked it on 12/15/2017. I can only assume that they did something sneaky because I rejected their suggested services. It could put my family in danger so this is a serious matter.

Twin towers is a high quality auto repair shop in Fort lee NJ. If you're looking for a top notch, honest and trustworthy shop this is the place for you. All of their quality work is guaranteed which gives you the peace of mind down the road. I've always been happy with any work that I've had done here and I highly recommend this shop to everyone. John the owner will even call you personally after a job has been done to check up and make sure your vehicle is doing fine. I don't trust anyone else to work on my car.

My wife and I just moved from Georgia, with our kids in tow, for work with the Trader Joe's company. We didn't know anyone when we moved here, and it has been a bit of a culture shock to say the least. This is my and my husband's favorite garage. We got our brakes serviced here months ago and keep coming back for everything. The big boss John is super nice and honest. The work (as far as I can tell) is great. I mean, we never come back for the same thing twice so they must be doing something right. They're very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. I believe they can do more extensive work but we come here for all of our car maintenance. And we love our car.
