We had a wonderful experience living at Residences at Portwalk Place. From the staff to the maintenance crew, everyone went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. We were lucky enough to snag an apartment on the garden deck, which was always a relaxing place to hang out. The amenities were excellent, and who can complain about living down town Portsmouth!

We lived at Aria for nearly 2 years after selling our family home of 17 years. In that time we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the mgt team led by Mr. Matt Albert. From the cleaning team to the maintenance team to the front office, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. If you're looking for your next place to live, we highly recommend talking to Matt and his team and discover Portwalk Place.

Moved in February 2015, moved out (unfortunately) May 1st of 2016. From my initial engagement to my last, the management staff was nothing but professional. I loved the fit and finish, the amenities, parking garage and attention to detail. If I ever had an issue, they responded immediately. The location and proximity/ access to downtown Portsmouth is nothing short of fantastic. After a long day, having my own spot to park, change and go downstairs for a drink or walk downtown, makes this one my favorite spots. Would highly recommend to anyone as the $/ value is very fair considering Portsmouth

Moved in about a year ago and have been very happy here. Staff is always friendly and accommodating for anything needed or issues we ran into. They also keep you informed with things going on in the area, tickets to events, community discussions and get togethers.
Location really can’t be beat, walking distance to downtown, underground parking, etc. A great place to live!

I've lived here for over a year now and just signed another lease. Staff here is the utmost best. Super quiet. You'll hardly ever hear your neighbors. Then there is the location. Our family walks to our favorite restaurants during the week. So nice! Parks nearby. Shopping. Always have a spot to park in the garage. Pets? Although you never hear dogs barking, more than half of the guests have pets. We don't but we are thinking about. Anyway they are more than welcome.

Repeatedly using the term "luxury" in your marketing and communications does not make this apartment complex a luxurious or high end living space.
In reality what you'll find is an apartment complex with a very high tenant turnover rate because the facade of "luxury" quickly crumbles once you get past the fancy lobby and realize reality doesn't quite match up to what you were sold by the staff and management.
During my 12 month stay at Portwalk, these were the major issues that I experienced:
