The manager Kendra will not return your deposit after move. They will tell u the check already send ,actually u will never receive it.

Love everything about this place.. The grounds and apartments are gorgeous. Plenty of parking, pets allowed, gym, laundry in apartment modern kitchen. Carpeted bedrooms and living room, 2 bathrooms, stand up shower and full tub in the second bath.

Terrible Value for the Money, was re-branded from "Luxury Apartments" to "Modern Apartments" once the complaints started to roll in. "Central Air" Was just a small box mounted on the wall, terrible at regulating temperature even through the small 800Sqft Apartment for $1600+ a month (I was told rent was going up when we left).
More specifically, our apartment flooded, the property manager at the time (Amanda) rudely called us saying WE damaged a very expensive commercial Kitchen 3 floors below. We both left work to meet her at the apartment, COME TO FIND OUT it was our neighbors washer and dryer
