Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is guided by world wide reknowned Jiu Jitsu Fight Club under Professor Marcio Bittencourt. Tristate caters to all fitness levels, abilities and ages. Our childrens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is taught by professionals who are outstanding figures in our community.
