In 2006, Dr. Guerrero graduates from The Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCTCM), now Texas Health and Science University (THSU), in Austin, Texas, with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. In November of 2006, Alamo Acucare opens in a third floor of the Oak Hill Square Building on Northwest San Antonio.
He earned, both his Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) and his Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM), degrees at the Texas Health and Science University. Currently, Dr. Guerrero is one of a very few DAOM's practicing in the San Antonio Area. Dr. Guerrero was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and together with his parents and siblings immigrated to the United States back in 1978.
