What is standing in line for 10 to 15minutesAnd out of all four employees that I saw as I walked in the door we were acknowledged by 1 and then not spoke to or talk to you againAnd then upon leaving we weren't acknowledged then either this is the worst experience I've ever had and I was really excited to go inside place I've never been in there before

I purchased a turquoise ring. Price was high,, but when I find something I like I buy. I am not a dealer, just an older lady.. anyways. The clerk was short with me, he was on his phone seating low, hard to see but I could hear him talking and I could see phone.. anyways I asked if he can help me over here! He said what? I loudly said here! That pissed him off... he got up and approached me. He said that is not how you talk to me. I tried to explaine I was letting him know I was over here! Firearms/jewelry doesn't matter the side there always very helpful not once did they make me or my wife feel like our business was not welcome unlike other gun stores who often acted as we are invisible and to help the customer was bothersome. The jewelry side is fantastic they always have a great selection and customer service is very knowledgeable. I have become a regular at this establishment. And recommend to all location on craycroft.

This was my 1st time at this location, I usually go to the Grant store. I found so many beautiful pieces at fabulous prices. The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable about prescious & semi-prescious gems. I walked out with a bagful of white & yellow gold rings, earrings and a gorgeous pendant necklace, all packed in nice & sturdy boxes for storing or gifting. They have a wide range of prices to accommodate any budget. They also offer layaway plans. Thanks for all your help Kathy! Hope to see y'all to help me pick something for my next special occasion.

Very overpriced. I felt worse leaving this store than entering. Every item I looked at was a bit over priced. Their choice, that's fine. I was looking at one item I was interested in buying and it was drastically overpriced. They sell for $30-$50 new online.
They were selling at even more than that. I asked if they would consider $50 which is the highest price for them brand new, theirs is secondhand. Showing prices and inviting them to look up as well.
