Malcolm and his team are fantastic! We purchased both my engagement set and fiance's wedding band from here. We are both super picky, and Malcolm found and customized the perfect rings.

I had a good experience when I entered the store, in person, however, I never received a call back as promised.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with a jeweler and shop. My engagement ring band was a tad too thick in width, and the shape on the sides was too rounded - so it was hitting my pinky and middle finger uncomfortably. They listened to exactly what I wanted and the jeweler did it beautifully so that it is now dainty, elegant, and super comfortable. I absolutely couldn’t be more happy (or relieved) with how it turned out. I can’t wait to work with them again for wedding bands!!

Malcolm and Cindy are BRILLIANT (just like my new ring) to work with. Malcolm went the extra mile to design exactly what I wanted and needed in my eternity band. He was available to answer my ongoing questions quickly and informatively. I really wanted my ring by a certain date and he made that happen. Not your "typical" jewelry store. Great select, amazing custom design work and Malcolm listens to us, makes recommendations on what we want/not what they want to sell us and always finds the perfect piece. I have worked with Malcolm and Cindy on several occasions. I brought my father into the store to buy diamond earrings for my mother and he was very patient and informative about the options and pricing. I used Malcolm at LaJolla based on a friend's recommendation a year ago. I came to him looking for a wedding ring. We sat down and created a custom design using a "green" eco-friendly center diamond set in platinum. It turned out beautifully!! He also took the diamond from my first wedding ring and created a necklace from it. I couldn't believe how gorgeous it turned out. Malcolm is THE BEST.

They took my grandmothers ring from 1952 and gave it a whole new life. It looks even more beautiful than when I brought it in. I'm in awe!
