We had an unusual experience that turned out very well. The first ring we bought was incorrectly sized, then damaged, and then it's character was significantly changed. Each issue that arose was beyond Stewart's control and at every step he did his best to do right by us. In the end he offered to refund our money or trade us for a ring of higher value. The new ring was much more what we had originally wanted so we left very happy!
I would certainly recommend Stewart Kuper Jewelers to anyone due to their integrity and great prices. Thank you, Stewart!

Yes Prior to the pandemic when I had an appointment with a gentleman at your store and I had stopped in and spoke with that man I had contact with In person but he, nor anyone EVER returned my call despite several attempts.
Not a respectable way to treat people. Definitely not a way to impress people or win over a customer.

My husband and I went to see Mr. Kuper to sell a ring that I no longer wanted. He was professional and casual, the perfect combination for Tucson. He immediately put us at ease and explained everything he was doing with grading the diamonds in the ring. We feel that he gave us the best price anyone could. We respected his professionalism and honesty.

We had been shopping around for engagement rings when we found Stewart Kuper's shop. It was easy to schedule an appointment to see him. He has an excellent selection of estate and custom pieces and helped us pick out our perfect ring. During the selection process, he was very knowledgeable about the various stones and metals and was very helpful in exploring our design tastes. Once we picked out a ring, he had the stone set and ring sized within a few days. Stewart was very fair and honest and we would highly recommend him.
