Royal has always exceeded my expectations. Just bought a '17 6501 and had them change out the run flats. Their pricing was superior to BMW AND Costco (which could not do the alignment), their suggestion for a 50K mile tire set was perfect and the friendly manner in which he recommended a detailer was the icing on the cake!

We were searching for a car mechanic after moving into this area. After asking around, we heard this place is the goto place if you need a good mechanic. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation while we wait because we only have a single car. Place was very busy. Most people seemed very happy / repeat customers. 4 stars because we could see the mechanic park our car after working on it. After waiting 15 more minutes, I finally asked if the car was ready. It was. Will try again when we need something more complicated.

This business is a huge blessing! Recently on vacation in Southport and I had a nail in my tire and couldn’t find anyone open for help. We pulled into the shop and even though they were closed for the day one of the technicians helped fix the tire and made sure it was okay so we could get home safely. I can’t thank Dave enough for what he did for us. Super nice people and willing to go the extra mile to help.

Royal Coach is a lifesaver!!! Oil light came on 9 miles from our destination in OKI. Stopped at the nearest gas station and added oil. Made it to our house. Oil drained out in driveway. Called AAA since we are from OHIO. They had us contact their preferred shop, James Brown. Very rude! Would not work on our car since we did not have an appointment and said our car was too old to fix. Called back AAA and they recommended Royal Coach. They were very nice and understanding of our situation. They fixed our car so we could safely return to Ohio within a week. Thank you so much Royal Coach!!!

We had car issues on a trip down to the coast that forced us to pull over on the side of the road. Thankfully got it running again and made it safely. Wanted to get it checked out so got a recommendation from a friend and dropped our car off at Royal Coach. It is stressful enough not having a car so far away from home and trusting someone other than your usual mechanic. The team at Royal Coach was super nice and made us feel at home. I'm grateful that they helped us out during a stressful time and made sure we were able to get home safely.
