As a custom home builder, Comfort Zone is my HVAC contractor of choice- intelligent, meticulous, and reliable. They are the full package, and they are your smart choice. I built my own personal home twenty years ago, of course Comfort Zone installed my HVAC at that time. We just recently replaced that original system that has kept my family comfortable as we took it for granted- as one should. David (the owner) and his team are the best. I called David to discuss adding air conditioning to my home in Troutdale, OR. We had a brief discussion which resulted with him showing up at the house within about an hour and half. Great dialog and discussion resulting in a plan and one week and one day later the team rolled in at around 7:15 am. They were done around 2 pm. That included installing an outdoor air conditioner and a new furnace (not the water heater in the picture below).
