Dr. Jespersen received her doctoral degree from A.T. Stills University in Arizona and her Master's Degree from California State University-Fresno. She has practiced audiology for over 30 years, both in Los Angeles and here in our valley. Her varied career includes both working in private practice and serving as a "Combat Audiologist" in the U.S. Army Reserve.
It's estimated that nearly 30 million Americans would benefit from the use of hearing aids, but unfortunately, a far smaller number actually get them. The effects of hearing loss are far reaching, making daily tasks difficult for not only those with hearing loss, but also for the people they interact with and care about most.
Despite the advanced design of today's modern hearing aids, they will need fine tuning and adjusting in order for them to meet your specific hearing needs. A patient's success with their new devices is largely dependent on their ability to acclimate to them, so we make it a priority to spend time fitting and programming your aids.
