Dr. John Feller opened the first imaging center in Indian Wells, California in 1998. His vision was to create an independent, multi-modality imaging center that offers the latest medical imaging technology for the patients we serve at affordable cost.

I fell and my doctor required me to do some mris. I came in with a cast on my leg and use crutches.
The receptionist Mohamed saw that I was in pain and told me to have a sit. He asked me if I needed any water or help with anything.
He helped me with the paperwork and was very nice. Not to forget the lobby tv channel was very cute.
Les was the tech and he was professional and very thorough as he guided me through the multiple images.
All of the people I encountered at the Halo Diagnostic Radiology Services showed me same human kindness. I been to doctor office before, they can be horrible sometimes

I Can't say enough how amazing this place is! I had been going to health scan imaging in palm springs and palm desert and yesterday I was so comfortable that I will not go anywhere else but HALO again. I've had 5 scans since March 2021 and this was first place that to start the front office staff amazing!! Mohamad and Krista were so helpful and kind and Mohamad went above and beyond to help. I got to the back and the Tech Les was just wonderful.he made sure I was comfortable he took time to make sure that he could do all he could to achieve that and he did! The machine was so much more comfortable

I took my son for MRI here last week. Boy, this office was awesomeeee. The front desk Mohammed and Rhonda were very nice and gave top notch customer service. They offered us some water and snacks while we waiting in the lobby. They have a very funny animal channel on. We were laughing the whole time. the mri tech was Les. we will definetly coming back here for any radiology. so much better than other radiology office in the valley. the employees deserved raise for taking care patients with profesionalism. thank you. I was here twice in a matter of a month, and both times the staff was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised, I did not know medical offices could be this friendly and helpful. Mohammed & Michelle were very nice and helpful at the front desk. I was promptly checked in and processed quickly. Les the ultrasound technician was just as amazing as well. He put me at ease with my high nerves and made the whole MRI & MRA process so relaxing for me. Thank you to everyone there.

I was nervous about my CT scan.....Melinda was my technician and she immediately greeted and started speaking with me like I was a friend, someone she knew. In a very short time, while she was preparing me, informing me, we had a conversation that made me reflect on how lucky I am even though I have several major health issues, and surprisingly we ended up laughing over and over, which is so healing. My nervousness evolved into gratitude and appreciation: I am grateful to have gotten to spend such precious time with her as a person and as a medical professional.

My wife and I took my daughter for ultrasound last week. My daughter was crying and scared before getting the ultrasound. Mohamed took extra mile by giving my daughter some candies. I appreciate the fact that he asked our permission first before giving her a bag of candies, he spell the word CANDY to me as a code, which of course, we were okay. I really appreciate it as some parents are very strict with their kids eating candy. My daughter stopped crying and got the ultrasound done. Laura did the ultrasound and it was quick. Great service. My appointment experience was great.The lobby was clean, and nicely decorated. Mohamad the front desk was polite, and professional. Very easy paperwork, quickly completed, and maybe a five minute wait until called for my ultrasound. My technician was courteous, efficient and quick. Her name was Laura. She did a great job of explaining what she needed me to do. Altogether a pleasant experience

Professional, courteous and friendly service at every step! Truly the best medical procedure experience that I have ever had. From making the appointment through the check-in and procedure, the team was efficient and considerate. The front desk staffs, Mohamad is super friendly. Lisa the MRI tech is very nice and comforting. Made it easy. The facility was super clean and very comfortable. You guys are doing great and I hope that if I need further diagnostics in the future I can come to you. Thank you for the positive experience.
