At FCM there are no lengthy treatment plans or contracts to sign up for, x-rays are not required and are only taken if they are medically necessary. Our staff combines the best of chiropractic and massage therapy to treat not only bony misalignments, but also any soft tissue adhesions that may form as a result of the injury.
While medical doctors help with many problems/diagnosis, most do not have much training in the conservative treatment of joint or muscle pain. If however after the initial exam the doctor thinks you can be more effectively treated by a medical doctor, then he will refer you to the appropriate one. Adjusting is not essential for every patient.
We understand that massage is more than a luxury. It is a comprehensive way for the body to heal itself through reducing stress and anxiety. Who doesn't need to relax every once in a while? Relaxing is one thing, but massage will address key issues that can lead to other health problems. Massage therapy is a powerful ally and has profound effects on the body, mind and soul.
Dr. Blaha graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science in 2007. He went on to graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2011. Dr. Jon practices the Palmer Package, diversified, activator, Graston technique, and is dry needling certified. He likes to tailor his techniques of adjusting to each individual patient.

Worst massage. A. has no concept of some basics and has no energy or strength for this work, only using her weight. She put her hands on the crown of my head but instead of applying gentle pressure she used her weight and jammed my head down into my neck. Twice. I cut the session short. Paid in full and left tip. Why - these are tough times for small businesses. Four hours later however, with neck spasm, stiffness, and unstable vertebra now I need medical care. First massage injury out of 300 massage sessions.

After a Gravel bike crash at MadGravel race Sunday I was not able to walk for 3 days with crazy back pain. Dr John did his magic again and get my on my feet for CO2UT Gravel race 75 miles and put me on the podium for 3rd place only 54 sec behind 1st and 3 sec behind 2nd place! I will always use us when I’m in Fruita

Fruita Chiropractic is wonderful. Dr Jon does a great job on adjustments and Michelle is a fabulous massage therapist. Their office, treatment rooms and restroom are clean. Their front desk staff are positive, helpful and are great at reminding me of up coming appointments. I would recommend them for all your chiropractic and massage needs.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting Fruita Chiropractic and Massage. The check in process is easy. The treatment rooms are nicely decorated and very relaxing. I've had about 3 massages at this location and each one has been great. All the therapists have great technique and have addressed my specific needs at each visit.
